I got my belt and liked the fact it is such a good bright color, it will help drivers see me on the roadway while I work out. I tried this belt in 2 ways. I tried it while running 12 miles, and also while cycling 20 miles. The belt itself is a type of elastic band that you slip over your body and place around your waist. On the belt itself are 4 little slits, where you can put things such as your phone, energy packs, keys, headsets, or your identification. I just barely squeezed my LG G3 phone into the the tube, however it did fit. I also had some gel packs, my keyand my ID. All products felt very protected the whole time. While cycling, the belt stayed exactly where I wanted it to, and caused no interference. All my items stayed in place and it works exactly as intended. While running, this belt did creep up a bit on me. I would say every mile or 2, I had to tug the belt down further around my waist as it crept slightly up to my abdominal area. Now this might be my body type as I am a marathon runner and I am extremely slender. It wasnt a huge issue and did exactly what I needed it to. While it will not replace a camelbak for my long runs, this will be a great addition for some of my smaller runs and quick exercises. I would suggest this to people who lead an active lifestyle, as well as to those that wish to conceal some products under their wardrobe such as when on vacation in foreign places.
