It has widely spaced prongs and since I cook a lot is really useful for moving the roast or boiled meats from the pan or stockpot to my kitchen bench. The handle is the same as the best chef's knives and complements my knives but really importantly is really comfortable to hold. The tines are sharp, and this gives me great grip with the roast and makes carving so easy. The fork-it also comes with a free eBook of recipes.
